Question 1

What should I expect during my first session at The Will Well?

Accepted Answer

Your first visit begins with a short consultation so we can understand your goals and any areas of concern. From there, we'll customize your session using the right therapies for your needs — whether that's therapeutic massage, red light therapy, oxygen therapy, the Opus SoundBed, or a combination. You'll always have a chance to ask questions and share what you're comfortable with before we begin.

Question 2

Do you accept insurance or HSA/FSA payments?

Accepted Answer

We do not bill insurance directly. However, many clients use their Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for massage therapy when prescribed for pain management or recovery. We're happy to provide a detailed receipt for you to submit to your provider.

Question 3

How long are sessions and how much do they cost?

Accepted Answer

We offer 60, 90, and 120 minute massage sessions. Individual massages start at $120. Monthly memberships start at $110 per month and include specialty add-ons and wellness therapies.

Question 4

How often should I get a massage?

Accepted Answer

It depends on your goals. For chronic pain, injury recovery, or high stress, we often recommend weekly or bi-weekly sessions until you notice consistent improvement. For general wellness and stress relief, once or twice a month helps maintain balance and prevent issues from returning. We'll work with you to create a plan that fits your body and your lifestyle.

Question 5

Do you sell gift certificates?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Will Well gift certificates are available for any of our services and can be purchased in the studio or online.

Question 6

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

Accepted Answer

We ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours notice or missed entirely will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service. If you arrive late, your session will end at the originally scheduled time and the full fee applies.
